These terms govern your use of goforkscale.com, the free tools on this site, and restaurant marketing operations you request from ForkScale. By using the site or asking us to work with your restaurant, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

ForkScale provides human-led, AI-assisted digital operations for restaurants in the United States and Canada. We are California-based.

The website
The site is provided for information, inquiries and free tools. Content may change as services, prices or availability change. We may suspend or update pages, including promotional offers, without notice.
Do not misuse the site: no scraping beyond ordinary search-engine access, no attempts to break security, and no submission of false restaurant or contact details.
Services
Standard monthly work may include Google Business Profile care, local SEO foundations, Facebook and Instagram operations, review care, restaurant website SEO foundations, and related content. Scope follows the plan you select on Pricing, or a written Enterprise agreement.
- Paid advertising spend is not included in Starter, Growth or Pro.
- ForkScale does not guarantee a Google Maps ranking, review score, traffic number or sales result.
- Platform decisions — including Google Business suspensions, review removals and ad approvals — stay with the platform.
- Legitimate guest reviews cannot be promised for removal.
Plans, billing and term
Published prices are in USD: Starter $199, Growth $399 and Pro $599 per month. Enterprise is customized. Standard plans begin with a three-month minimum, then continue month to month unless a written agreement says otherwise.
This website does not process card payments. Fees, invoice method and any refund terms are confirmed when you start a paid engagement. The $9.9 Local Growth Check Up is a limited introductory offer. Remaining spots and first-month promotional terms appear on that page and may end when the cap is reached.
After the minimum term, either party may stop monthly work with written notice before the next billing date, unless a separate agreement sets a different notice period.
Your restaurant accounts
You remain the owner of your Google, Meta and other business accounts. If you hire ForkScale, you authorize us to operate those accounts within the agreed scope. You must have authority to grant that access and must provide accurate hours, menus, photos and contact details.
Do not send passwords through website forms. Access is arranged after we agree on scope. You are responsible for content you ask us to publish and for keeping recovery email and ownership records under your control.
Free tools
The Review Draft Helper is a writing aid for a guest who already visited the restaurant. ForkScale does not post the review. You must edit anything that is untrue and follow Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor and other platform rules. The tool must not be used to create fake, incentivized or second-hand reviews.
Inquiries and offers
Submitting a Contact, Free Audit or Check Up form is a request, not a contract for monthly operations. We may decline work that is outside our restaurant focus, our service area, or our capacity.
Intellectual property
ForkScale owns the website design, copy, marks and tools unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site or our materials for a competing service. Work we create for a paying client is licensed to that restaurant for its own marketing while the engagement is active and, unless agreed otherwise, after it ends. Third-party marks such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and TripAdvisor belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
The website, tools and educational resources are provided as-is. We work to keep information current, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every example will match your market. Restaurant marketing depends on location, competition, reviews and platform systems outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ForkScale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost reviews or platform penalties. Our total liability for a claim related to the website or a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you have not paid us.
Some US and Canadian consumer rules do not allow certain limits. Those rules apply where they cannot be waived.
Indemnity
You agree to cover ForkScale for claims that arise from information you submit, reviews you publish with the draft helper, or account access you authorize, except to the extent caused by our own willful misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable Canadian consumer law requires otherwise for a Canadian visitor.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the site or services after an update, the new terms apply. Material changes to an active paid engagement will be confirmed in writing.
